The Hotel and service at the hotel  was the worst I’ve ever encountered! Rooms were under renovations we were told but given no options on alternative rooms.! The door was locked and the receptionist knew about that , but I had to walk back to the office to get it opened , this happened every time we wanted to go in . We are Seniors and were given no consideration for reduced rate they offer seniors,because I had booked on 訂房網站 .com . The condition of the room was deplorable , had to ask for towels both days , garbage was not picked up. The bathroom was literally falling apart , plugged drain , parts on the tub rusty and very gross. The toilet was so close to the wall you had to stand up to get to the toilet paper.! The water to drink and make coffee was gross! I’m sure there was more but trust me Iwill NEVER stay at another Ramada Hotel and will tell all my friends to avoid Ramada at all costs !

Room carpet very dirty. Room door always stuck . Very hard to open. front key five time never work I have reprogramme again and again. AC have no control button etc. etc. etc.

Last minutes booking for my son who need to take early flight at Abbotsford airport.  Location was convenient and booking was easy.  Breakfast was stated including in the rate but was not offered early in the morning when checked out

I'm from Bowen Island & came here for Christmas & to see family. Any future reservations for Abbotsford, I will definitely be bringing my business here. They were there to accommodate me, when family came, they were fine with my guests and didn't say anything about it. That was VERY important.

It was a good hotel stay, neighbours quiet...Only thing is no hot water, but whom needs hot water to shower right just have a cold shower. Actually it was a good thing..
